Terms and Conditions

1. Access and Use

Access to Empowered Edge Learning (“the Platform”) is granted on a seat-based license. Each seat represents one (1) unique user within your organization.

Purchased seats may only be assigned to active employees of your company.

Each user must create their own login credentials, which may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other individual.

Access may not be extended to outside contractors, clients, friends, or any person not directly employed by the purchasing company unless explicitly approved in writing by Empowered Edge Learning.

2. Seat Management

Companies are responsible for assigning seats only up to the quantity purchased.

Reassignment of a seat is permitted only when an employee leaves the company or changes roles that no longer require access.

Empowered Edge Learning reserves the right to audit seat usage and suspend access for violations.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, downloads, and resources are the intellectual property of Empowered Edge Learning and its content contributors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, record, or publicly display any portion of the content without written consent.

4. Fair Use

The Platform is designed for internal team training and development only. It may not be used for resale, external facilitation, or inclusion in other learning management systems without permission.

Automated downloads, mass distribution, or unauthorized sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Duration of Access

Access to the Platform is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Renewals extend access for additional one-year terms.

6. Account Security

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any suspected breach or unauthorized use should be reported immediately.

7. Termination

Empowered Edge Learning reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if use of the Platform is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.

No refunds will be issued in the event of suspension or termination due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds for other reasons are subject to review but are not guaranteed once access to the Platform has been granted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Empowered Edge Learning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Modifications

Empowered Edge Learning may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
